Why do you hate us.

Dear EA please tell us why you hate your fc 26 player base? We’ve been crying for almost 3 months regarding a server bugged evo that’s stopping us from opening packs and cannot be claimed or applied anywhere and representatives have not even given a update or replied to one message. Can we just destroy our consoles and tvs with hammers?? Is that the only fix for this bug?EA_Claus​

    EA_Dennis​  please if it cannot be fixed simply let us know we just want some knowledge instead of being in the dark for 3 months. Is work being done to remove this evo bug or is it more challenging than you guys though?
