Pending Transaction Error

Okay, so this is probably the 24th time I've had to explain myself and what the issue is.. You guys are my last resort, literally. PLEASE HELP!! 

I've been getting a Pending Transaction error inside the game/app whenever I try to purchase something via mobile in the store that costs real money. The error says (screenshot attached): "Transaction Pending. Currently processing some transaction. Please try again later. You have not been charged."

This error has been happening on and off for months now and I've opened dozens of tickets on it. Matter of fact, I just got bounced YET AGAIN back and forth between Google support and EA support. EA support told me to go to Google, then Google told me only EA can fix it. Literally no one will help me and I'm about to explode. I have followed ALL articles and suggestions given to me. I have: dumped cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled, updated game/app versions (both GooglePlay and StarWars: Galaxy of Heroes), updated Android OS, logged out/back in, checked my payment settings, date/time settings, and much more.

Recently, I've been speaking with support multiple times in-game and they informed me to either WAIT for it to disappear or speak with GooglePlay support. I just spoke to Google support for the second time and they have also told me that it's the developer/game that I need to work with to get this resolved. I have now missed multiple deals, discounts, and offers during this fiasco. If I have to go back to in-game support and go through this process yet again, I'm going to lose my mind. Literally NO ONE will help me. I am so frustrated at this point.

Has ANYONE ran into this inside the game before? How do I resolve this? How can I fix it? I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra with AT&T. Android version 16. 

I am begging you.. someone for god's sake, anyone - can someone help me out?

    The emails play no role in the purchase flow. The emails can differ across platforms. The linking is what's important, and that seems to work from what we can say. I'll check with studio if they know what may prevent your Google account from purchasing content in-game.

    For example EA_Gunner​  - I just logged in to the webstore via the desktop app (EA app) and then I made a purchase in the webstore there. I attached a screenshot of the purchase below. Also, I just updated my EA account email address to match my GooglePlay account email address (hoping this works). Keep in mind, I've always been able to purchase via the desktop/EA app, but it's the mobile game on my Android device that is throwing the error. I am going to test this again today and see if anything changed with these changes..

    Thanks much EA_Gunner​ - sounds good.

    I did just test it again. Still seems to be erroring out with pending transaction. Something is definitely off because I can purchase on the webstore all the time, just not within the mobile game store.

    Hello EA_Gunner​  - 

    I'm not sure if this matters or not, but wanted to share some new feedback. It seems I am still unable to make a purchase in the game; however, I did receive a brand new pop-up in the game that I've never seen before. When I tested a crystal purchase this morning, I received this "Purchase Pending" pop-up that I have not seen yet. What is your recommendation on this?

    I am happy to report that I can finally purchase within the game now. Example: I log onto the game via my Galaxy s25 Ultra, go straight to the store, and purchase an item with real money. With zero errors, it goes straight to the Google payment acceptance and BOOM, it's successful. I'd say the first time it went right through was soon after your last status change from "New" to "Under Investigation" just a few days ago. I've actually been meaning to log back on and update you. Any thoughts as to why it's finally working now and what caused this to resolve so I can notify support what to do next time it happens? Also, let me know if there's any additional information I can provide.
