A lot of bugs

Sims for Xbox series S its keeps turning on tutorials and the breaks the file your in turns your characters black and you can do anything to fix it except exiting out of save file. Next if you got in to build lots or create a sims it'll make it so your controller disappears and you cant click on anything and forces you in to tutorials and then you have to cancel the game and trying again but I wont fix anything instead of coming out with more pack right now fix the game so people can actually play the game cuz its going to just keep getting worse till you fix it and made my old Xbox crashed and lose $300 in packs im tired of you not fixing your product do better for all gamers fix the game you made also i cant save when the character turn black or it'll mess the entire game also very lagged and slow will also turn its self off while playing i love sims I have spent over 1000 for all of it and now have to repurchase $300 back do better because this is becoming a joke
