Load Error Code 800/801

After the adventure update every time I would click on a household to play, it would either give me an error code and tell me to restart or the game or the house/lot was completely gone. Nothing was in the household inventory either. A lot of lots are now orange too or have the llama above them so I can't even click on them. It's all very weird. I have never used mods or anything like that. I don't even use motherlode (I know I'm crazy) but I just used it to help my sims rebuild their houses since they literally just disappeared. Reach out to me for more info if you want but also at this point I've been playing so much that I don't want to go back to old saves so if i need to rebuild all my lots again I will but wanted to let you know about this crazy glitch.
