[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

I’m having the same issue. Turned the game on today for the first time in a few weeks and realised the whiteboard from my small business had been moved into the household inventory. When I try to place it again I get a “script call failed” error and the object disappears (back into the household inventory) after about a second or so. I’m on Xbox Series X so no mods or CC at all. Game is up to date.
