[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

Same issue here. I have MCCC and UI-cheats but after troubleshooting I can tell it's not because of the mods. My friend helped me find another mod that actually makes the whiteboard work. I'm sorry EA but this is f****ng insane. Everyone should get a refund on the pack or something because half the deal of the pack is unplayable! We all handle the little bugs and fixes that comes with TS4 but this is beyond bad.
