Since the latest update the hobby-whiteboard from „hobby and business“ is vanished in every household (played and unplayed) and can‘t be replaced.
I play on PS5. 🙁

I’m also having this issue. All mods are updated. Tried removing all mods. Repaired the game. I also tried placing a room on my lot from the gallery they had the whiteboard in it and it still would not work.
