[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

The point of testing other items when a bug is happening is to be able to provide as much information as possible in your report. All of the other items I’ve tested or needed to use are working fine. But for you it could be different and the sims team may need that info. You don’t have to do that but that’s the point of doing it 😂 I truly get your frustration tho. These updates are a mood killer.

I play on PC and I am getting a "script call failed" when I place the hobby whiteboard. I have never used mods. I have tried everything suggested by deleting folders, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working and so I cannot play small business properly :(

I'm actually quite glad to find this thread, because I just found out that I'm affected as well. I can't place the White Board, it gives me "script call fail" or however it would be in English.

Repairing the game didn't help. I don't use mods, just some CC (mostly my own).  I'm a MAC user. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, because this is quite an important part for me in my game. My main household's business is unplayable right now.

this may mean that the error has been forwarded but not that they are working on it. unfortunately.

Hello everyone. Since the new game update was released on July 1st, I’ve been encountering a "script call failed" error on the whiteboard in the Business and Hobbies expansion pack. I don’t have any additional mods, only the following expansion packs: Horse Ranch, Cottage Living, Business and Hobbies, City Living, Eco Lifestyle, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, and Get to Work. I’ve done extensive troubleshooting but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. As a last resort, I uninstalled the game, deleted all associated files, and reinstalled it, but unfortunately, the script call issue persists. Please help :)
