[BH] Hobby-White board vanished and can‘t be placed (Script Call Failed)

Hey all!

The team is aware of and investigating this issue now, I'll provide any updates we get in this thread. 

It's definitely related to the latest update. It affects my current save and the Hobby board wouldn't work in a new save either. The hobby boards disappeared from every single small business in my current save and there weren't any hobby boards on the Maxis created lots like Terra Potta in the new save.

The issue causing your Sims 4 game to crash is the following error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'linked_stat'

What This Means:

The game is trying to create or initialize an object (like furniture, Sim, or gameplay item) that requires a certain stat to function (like hunger, hygiene, energy, etc.), but that stat is missing or undefined. This causes the game to crash or desync because it’s expecting data that isn’t there.

Key Details From Your Crash Report:
The crash is happening in the file: state.py at line 2400.
The system tried to call .linked_stat on a variable that is None.
The issue occurred while creating a game object (likely during loading or entering a lot).
You are not using mods, so this isn’t caused by third-party content.
Your game version and system drivers are up to date.

I've tried to include the last exception errors from both my current save and a brand new save but they wouldn't attach. I've never used mods or CC.

Same issue here. Vanilla game. Hope this gets fixed soon!

The whiteboards can’t be placed and existing ones are deleted. When trying to be placed the game says "Scriptanfrage fehlgeschlagen" (I’m playing in German)

Unfortunately same issue here. I was playing fine yesterday before the update. I’ve tried placing the whiteboard using move objects too and still nothing. 

Really hope we don’t have to wait ages for it to be on a laundry list 🥲

It gets added to the household inventory, and I get an error "Script call failed" when trying to place it again.

I was playing just fine before the recent update, but now I'm having the same issue. I've already tried placing the whiteboard with moveobjects enabled, but it still doesn't work.

Also the same issue. Not playing with mods. Started a new save for the new EP. I get a Script Call Failed and LE every time I try to place the hobby board from the B&H EP.

Posted in another thread, because I didn't see this one. I had one on a Library lot and it was removed when I was placing the lot in a new save. Came here before checking any other lots to see if it was just a "Me" thing.

Anytime I try placing it anywhere I get a Script Call Failed and LE. No mods. New save. Playing on Mac.

I see I have found my people... It worked as of 1 am this morning before I went to bed.  Updated this afternoon and nada.  I am a MAC user if it helps the bug chasers.  Guess I'll be waiting for the update.  I hope the update actually happens and not ignored like the community space food stalls issue.
