Bubble Tea Vendor not Appearing and Can't use Pier Objects

Since having installed High School Year a few months ago, I've never been able to use the bubble tea shop because no vendor appears. I'm also having Comedy Night show up in every bubble tea every day, but these sims do not interact with the microphone.

Also, the pier rides and the photobooth cannot be used. I've ran mod and cc-free saves to check if there's a conflict, but these issues continue to persist.

For the vendors there still seems an issue for existing venues. Please try changing the venue type to something else and then back. This should make the vendor spawn

3-4 don't have a thread here but they are still on EA's plate. You can't post in the archive but sending your save would be good. Make sure to include links to the threads you're sending saves for.
