Business Panel Doesn't Show Owned Businesses

Went to go play my current household where multiple sims in the family own separate small businesses and neither business appears in the panel you'd select in order to open the business. The only thing that shows up is the register small business button which does not work when clicking it. When looking at the career panel for one of my sims, it registers that they are the owner of that business. It lists my other sim in the household who works at that business as being an employee but does not mention on the career panel that he owns a separate small business, which he does. Both businesses are present and listed underneath the household from the manage worlds screen.

I noticed this bug when I attempted to launch my game this afternoon. When playing the night before both businesses were still present and actually playable. I've tried relaunching my game multiple times and these businesses still do not appear. Businesses also do not load when sending a different sim from a separate household to them. I do not use any mods or cc.  Super frustrated as I have been playing with this save since businesses and hobbies came out, I had a four star and a two star business that are now seemingly unplayable!
