Business Panel Doesn't Show Owned Businesses

My Sim owns several Residential Rental properties.  He still gets notifications about tenant revolts or rent violations, but he is not receiving rental income, and none of the properties show up as being owned by my Sim.  In fact, nothing is showing in the Owned Businesses panel.  If my Sim selects Buy Residential Rental Property, he can travel to another world and buy properties he already owns; when this happens, all of his properties show up in the panel.  If he tries to fill a vacancy, he travels back home, and the properties disappear from the Businesses owned panel.

Most of the Properties my Sim owns (when they show up) were built with the "bb.increaserentalunitcap on," and most have more than the basic maximum units allowed without the cheat command.  I don't know if this matters.  I always enter all the Cheat Codes when I open a game.  

 This has been an issue for months, and I was hoping, with the latest update, that this issue might have been resolved.  I have all the Expansion Packs, EXCEPT the three latest: "Life & Death," "Enchanted by Nature," and "Adventure Awaits." I have all the game packs, all the stuff packs, and most of the Kits.

I am disappointed that this issue persists and impedes my gameplay experience.  I am and have been a loyal and long-time fan and player.  Please advise.
