Can't play household

So I decided to play the Sims 4 today load up my household and I move them to San myshuno and then play with the household, but it won't load and puts me back on the choose world screen. I tried loading my family 3 times and the same thing happened. It's very annoying because I decided to play for the first time in months and this is how it goes

Very disappointing please fix this
