Same here I'm on PS5 console, no mods, the usual. I ask my Sims to water all, no option to individually water plants, and they just walk up to the plants stand there then walk away...I'm doing a rags kinda play so I don't have the funds to have a gardener everyday.... Good job I'm not in sulani as they'd starve (no fishing) and go bankrupt
Edit:::: I did save up to hire a gardener and he has the exact same issue, his first shift he just stood by my plants, doing nothing else, not even moving, for god knows how many hours and charges me 130 the plants were still dry and loosing health
