OK OK..... Guys something worked just now, it's certainly not a fix and needs sorting HOWEVER I just had a toddler turn into a child..... This child is the only person that can water plants... Try it!!! The adult Sims are doing the usual standing there looking blankly at the plants but the kid has the full range except fertilize, hope this helps someone
