in pacpage ,,dog and cats'' i wanted to bath my dog but sim just get the dog and not bath him even if the bath is next to them. i tried install again but nothing happened. it looks like a bug but idk...

Hello Sims team,
I just want to bring this issue to your attention about a bug in the Sims 4 game. I am currently having trouble haveing my Sim character give her pet dog a bath. Everytime I select the dog or the bath tub to bathe the dog, she picks up the dog, holds it for a couple of seconds, and then puts the dog back down for no reason. I have restarted the game, changed the bathtub's position and it is still the same, the task never gets completed, and its quite frustrating. It would be awesome if this issue gets fixed. Thanks.
I’m having the same issue, since the newest update, my dog ran away and came back dirty. I cant bathe it, I’ve even moved the tub outside the house to try to see if there was something in the way but no. They pick it up, stand there and then put it down. The task stays in the task bar too, but with a cross through it and doesn’t go away. I’m on Xbox series x.
I’m having the same issue. My poor pup has mold spores on him and I don’t know how to get them off bc my sim won’t bath him! :(( The same thing happened when I tried to adopt him, she held the pup then put him down without adopting him. I had to force “add to family” before the adoption drive was over.
As of today (6/14) it is still not fixed. Played it last night.
