Using the newest update. Unable to use Vet clinic as non-vet sim. No one shows up. Tried a fresh world and imported my sims with their pet to try it with the Maxis default. No vets show up. Can check in at counter glowing yellow but no one is there.
No Mods or CC that I am aware of. Have all expansions and just use some buildings and such I download from the Sims Gallery. But this was a clean neighborhood. Maxis can easily check this by simply loading up the vet clinic and seeing if the NPC's show up.
