This is also an issue for vet clinics in Cats and Dogs since the business and hobbies update on 2/25/25. No mods or CC, vets don't spawn and can't get my cat treated when sick.
A workaround I might suggest is you buy a get well treat from the vending machine. I don't want you cat to die. I am having this NEW bug too.
