Check baby interrupts all attempts to care for baby

Here is a good example of caregiving being interrupted because sims pay no attention to if another sim is already doing something with a child. Like here, reading them to bed, or when trying to feed them in a high chair. In this instance, the dad was reading the child to sleep because she was very tired and the butler walks up and kneels down and I could see the question mark thought bubble. Then she takes the child out of bed, walks a short distance away and sits here down and the child is upset because she is tired. The butler should not have interrupted and taken the child when they are doing something with another sim. What they are doing shouldn't matter. Secondly, the butler obviously did a check to see what the child needed and as you can see in the third photo, she only needed sleep. So again, the butler should not have taken her out of bed. All sense is broken when it comes to caregiving. I am not just blaming the butler. All sims will do this stuff and it just turns into an infuriating loop for me, the player. Also there was no routing issue here. I think the child showed that thought bubble because the butler was in her way. As soon as I unpaused she walked right around her and went back to her bed.
