I am experiencing the put down bug too. When I tell my sims to put the toddler/infant in the high chair, they will do it then take them immediately out again...same with the crib. I miss the days when my sims actually did what I told them and I could fill up their q...this is really ruining the game for me and I might just go back to sims 2...
