[CL] [DU] [FR] [ECO] Objects cluttering worlds/Collectibles disappearing

Update 2025/01/30 EA has implemented a non-fix for this. This means that the items are no invisible (most of them) but still there. The overlapping festivals seem fixed but the objects are not....

Yes, it's in a save with many rentals in various hoods that I don't play anymore because of the corruption you never fixed in half a year ...
