Update 2025/01/30
EA has implemented a non-fix for this. This means that the items are no invisible (most of them) but still there. The overlapping festivals seem fixed but the objects are not....
Ideas
This bug is still in the game in the current Patch so still avoiding those lot types sadly. I miss living on the same lot with all my sims relatives coming out of their living space to hangout. I can't risk this bug bloating my save files :(
