[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

This started happening for me. I had not played since early September and installed all the latest updates, purchased the adventure awaits and cleansing and autumn apparel pack. Whenever I try to open San Myshuno, either from the manage worlds screen, traveling, or in a new game, I get a blank white screen. Other worlds seem to work ok. No mods. 

Ever since the most recent update San Myshuno doesn't load, Its completely blank, even after uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, I've also removed all mods and cc from my game and repaired it then ran a completely new save (no mods no cc) and I've run into the same issue. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if a fix has been found.

I am having the same problem - I am unable to load Ciudad Enamorada. All the other worlds work fine.

Why whenever I click San myshuno it loads a white blank screen?

It happens the same for me!

Changing a Penthouse lot type to Residential Rental will not result in white screen asserts or an infinite loading screen.

There might have been other causes to this. I hope they are fixed as well. If not, please create a new thread.
