Re-creating this issue with a description and screenshot since an earlier archived thread ([COL] [FR] [HCHSP] Halo-Halo does not require ingredients even with Simple Living on) seems to have disappeared without resolution. I also tried making a thread for this earlier but somehow it ended up as a post in another thread.
As shown in the screenshot the Halo-Halo dish from For Rent requires no ingredients when prepared on a lot with the Simple Living challenge. This effectively negates the challenge since the dish can be prepared at level 1 cooking at no cost. No mods or CC are being used in this case.
