Can't put Elements in Display Rack

Lol I forgot about this. I noticed it like 3 years ago and entirely forgot. If my game wasnt absolutely broken after this morning's update Id recreate it and post it. But it hasn't worked as long as I've remembered and ive stopped trying 😂 

On PS4. never tried it on my PC saves, just noticed it didnt work on console 🤷‍♀️

Could be a console issue. I just wasn't able to duplicate.

im sure theyre not the same. ill come back in a few hours when my game is done updating and let you know if a new rack works or not

and you're sure you're not trying to put in the same elements you already placed ?

Could you try buying a new rack and see if it works there ? Just for testing.

no, it has 2 elements from when i started collecting them about a week ago, but the next irl day, i couldnt put elements in anymore. i reported it when it didnt go away after restarting the game

Is it completely empty ?

yes, it just goes back to the sims/household inventory

I don't know how it works on console but on PC you can drag them on the rack. There's no interaction, just the dragging.

Is that what you tried ?
