I tried to place two different Maxis-created lots (Piece of Cake Bakery, Tats and Pots) in two different worlds (Magnolia Promenade, Nordhaven) in two different save games, after placing the lot I received the error code 122:d7e16575:95b677bb, it told me to restart the game.

Did the game actually close (aka crash) or just the error code ?
At which point exactly did you get the error code ? Did you place the lot in build mode or from the map ?
Have you tested this on multiple saves ?
