What happens when the bug occurs? The game looks like everything is continuing, but the clock doesn't change (even if speed is changed), the background movement of Sims is repetitive (even if game is paused), and unable to click on any item in the game to add or change interactions
What do you expect to see? Time moving forward, able to direct the Sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Presumably after most recent patch as I was trying to play through the current event (Lost Legacies - I had arrived at the Library Archive and the next task was to hack a computer, when everything stopped).
Please describe the patch or change you made.
I tried saving and exiting and coming back on a different day. When I opened my game and it loaded, the Sims were still stuck. I clicked 'repair game' on EA, but again, the Sims were still stuck when I re-entered the game.
