I had this issue now for the first time after I installed Businesses & Hobbies.
It started with default neighborhood lots. As soon as I saved in this savegame, it additionally started with disappearing lots and error code 800 in Oasis Springs. So I reloaded my old save, deleted some rentals and other lots and the issue showing default neighborhoods disappeared. For the moment everything is running fine. It seems that the amount of data has really become too much due to the installation of the new pack, which has led to the corruption. At the time of corruption I had about 50 rental units. No mods or cheats used to expand the cap. I've got all Packs and the save is very old. I really don't want to lose it.
@Naiyezi, could you share your save file with the sims team? They're looking for save files that have broken on the current version of the game. Thanks!
