[FR] Corrupted Lots/Houses disappear in saves with lots of rental units

I was directed to add my question here:

My game has been completely unplayable for weeks now. The game freezes (but the sounds of time progressing are still audible) ALL THE TIME.

It seems to happen when I move the camera to the same section of specific lots. For example, I can play unpaused and move around on the right side of one lot but as soon as I move the camera towards the left, the whole game freezes. I can hear the sound effects as if the game is continuing and the mouse icon changes to interact with objects but the visual is frozen.

I don't play with CC or mods and I've downloaded all the add-ons through the EA App since the transfer from Origin. This happens with the 3 save files I use the most in my original game file. One is my legacy family that I had living in a residential rental when issues began (there are other apartments I built/downloaded from the gallery when For Rent came out.. can't blame a girl for wanting to use the new pack she paid for). Another save is a tiny town that I have built up from 1 unit to 6 on a residential rental lot (no other r-rentals in the save except those that come with Tomarang).

I've repaired the game and created a fresh Sims 4 folder (multiple times to test different saves). I have had some occasional issues with the game freezing when panning the camera since then (using move objects or platforms seems to make it worse), but for the most part it seems to work ~ok~ in the fresh file... until I traveled the library and Willow Creek and had endless loading. I was able to relaunch the game and then that lot showed up as a black square on the world map. If it's already happening in Willow Creek in a brand new file, it'll keep happening as I play.
