[FR] Corrupted Lots/Houses disappear in saves with lots of rental units

Issue The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots. This happens to save games that have lots of R-rental units in all ...

Lost 4 entire worlds to this - Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, San Sequoia, and Tomerang. Had roughly 75 rental units

Have all packs minus Business and Hobbies, had the issue with and without mods
