Issue
The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots.

Ideas
I just got this bug today and noticed a few things. I added Business and Hobbies expansion last night and this morning the lots that are corrupted are my small business, rental and retail lots. I took out all my mods. It doesn't happen on a new save but on my main one as soon as I travel to that lot it disappears or it is already missing when I load the game.
