The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots.

My new save just started disintegrating again... I'm starting to think it's a memory issue. Does anyone have a clue as to how big a save should get to still be safely playable?
Mine was over 200,000KB before it started corrupting. I would be interested to hear about others' file sizes at the corruption point.
Only the main slot_00000000.save? Mine is 74,000 KB.
550,000 KB for the whole folder incl. ver0-ver4.
I'm not sure when it got corrupted though.
