I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

It be nice if after several months of people posting their saves and vocalizing an issue with a pack that costed us money and one of the major features of it is failing if someone would actively work to resolve it instead of just demanding more saves.

Still happening after the launch of Businesses and Hobbies.
This bug is also still happening in my game. No matter how many times I try, I just cannot successfully complete the tenant events. It doesn't even matter if events are enabled or disabled. I still get them. I still fail them. This is such a massive part of the For Rent pack, and it not working kinda makes the pack unplayable. I know it's not necessarily easy to fix, but I wish this was getting more attention.
I use no mods and no cc.

I have the same problem on Mac, no mods. I don’t know that I’ve had a single tenant event recognized as fixed. It will fulfill my perfectionist sim’s want to fix it, but then tell me it was unaddressed and he gets the tense moodlet.
I'm having the same issue. I'm going to suggest that it's a bug in the 5 Star Landlord aspiration itself and it's linked to the events. My Sim in the same household *without* the aspiration has zero issues completing the events, without fail. But the moment my Sim *with* the aspiration does it, it either fails it while I'm in the middle of completing it, or immediately after. This applies to hiring a contractor or showing up personally directly after receiving the notification. Play on PC.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: a lot.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Successfully resolve a tenant event.
What happens when the bug occurs?: notification appears: "nothing was done to resolve the event" and the unit rating goes down. The Sims also get angry feelings about it.
What do you expect to see?: The notifications and moodlets to reflect that I successfully resolved the tenant event.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: No. I get the problem with the installing from "to rent".
