I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Same here. I did everything right, but immediately I received a notification that I didn’t take care of it. I’ve noticed that the problem appears when I have to go to another lot. For example, when a charity donation event pops up or anything related to shared spaces, I can resolve the event successfully (because I don’t need to leave my own lot).
However, when I completed the adoption event and then had to travel to another lot, the result reset.**

Can't believe it's been 11 months and no fix. This has been happening since I got the pack. It's a bummer because I really love the gameplay, but it's not fun when it's bugged every time.

Having the same issue. Went and fixed a sewage leak and it said nothing was done and Unit Rating went down.
Same! My events always fail unless I hire a contractor but I shouldn't have to keep going to hire a contractor to keep my rating from going down. I play with mods but I know for certain it has nothing to do with my mods because all my mods are updated. Its the bugs in the For Rent pack, I didnt know there were so many bugs in this game at this compact, now I know why alot of players don't play with the pack as much.

Can’t complete maintenance events.
When carrying out maintenance events it does not show as complete so my rating goes down. This seems to happen when having my sim go to the property or calling a contractor.
This also means for the landlord aspiration, I cant progress any further.
I’m getting this same bug + the tenants do not pay rent. Haven’t used mods or cc in over a year. Here's the save file:
