[FR] Every tenant event successfully resolved is instead treated as a failure

Same Problem. It worked for me at one point, but now it doesn't. It's just sad.

Same problem for me. Just bought it like 2-3 weeks ago, thought I did something wrong but nope. Can't get it to work. Always treated as a failure. Getting tired of trying tbh. Regret buying it at this point. 

Hi, I noticed that whenever there is a maintenance issue in my sims rented out units, the game will say it is unresolved even though I fixed it. Yet, when my sim has a maintenance issue in the unit they own and they fix it, the game says it is resolved. It is causing my rented out units to go down in value. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I complete the tasks for the event and then it says like" the event went away on its own by you ignoring it" or " you ignored the event your unit rating went down" even though I complete all tasks for it before the time was up?? this is the first time this has happened to me after using rentals for months

I also have this issue. Just bought the pack three days ago. Have most packs, no mods. Doesn't matter what I do, every tenant event is a failure.

My temporary work around has been sending “expensive contractor” to resolve the tenant issues. Trying to resolve them with my sim still ends in failure every time.

I recently started exploring the For Rent DLC, and I sometimes receive events such as electrical failure or infestation.

The problem occurs when the issue is resolved—regardless of the event—once I complete the repair, the game states that the maintenance was not completed, even though it was.

My Sim is a wizard, and I have tried both Do Inspection and Maintenance and repairing with magic, but both options lead to the same result: the maintenance request remains incomplete.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Me too. I had a full reply to this but it keeps giving me an error. I play PS5, so no mods.
