I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Still the same problem here, playing on PC no cc and no mods
Vanilla game.
Playing both the Cahyaputri household and their tenant in Tomarang. When playing Vanesha (landlord): She repairs all the broken electrical objects at the rental unit, but her tenant gets credit with solving the problem and Vanesha gets a moodlet for successfully ignoring the problem.
Same for the Trash Overload maintenance event.
When I play the tenant, they're able to successfully solve maintenance problems.
It seems like only tenants can successfully solve maintenance problems. Makes it hard to complete the Five-Star Property Owner Aspiration.
I'm getting this error too. I have some QoL mods, but I've already tried going through them all individually. None of them have caused issues.

I’ve just recently gotten the for rent pack on a sale and started playing yesterday on my PlayStation 4. I’m having the problem of completing an event such as the electrical failure one and then it saying that the tenant took care of it. Then my sim gets the playful moodlet of getting away with it. This is frustrating and makes me not even want to play the pack anymore. It has happened a couple other times with different maintenance and emergency events, but this just happened and I needed to report about it because I’m so frustrated with the pack.
I Have had this problems since I bought this pack. Different save files, different families, different worlds, before and after updates. Fixing the game doesn't work. It is super disapointing that such expensive game packs core feature doesn't work and it's been OVER A YEAR since it was released. If I bought a microwave that would not function the way it's supposed to it would either be fixed in timely matter, replaced or reimbursed but nooooo, EA won't do anything about it clearly.
Also you can't turn of the rental unit events! So you are forced to either not play the pack or always get negative impacts from things you have done
Guys I'm moving to Inzoi, these EA people are clearly thieves.
When my sim goes to solve a tenant problem, as soon as it is solved, a message pops up that it hasn't been treated and the value of the apartment is going down. It works fine if I don't go to the scene, but instead hires as professionel to do it.
