I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

When I attend to a landlord event to fix the toilet, it fails me. This has happened each time I have attended the event and lowered the renal rating. This has occurred when I replaced the item and manually fixed the item.
Having the same problem. I can replace the item or do whichever option the problematic item has and each time i get a notification stating nothing was done and my property rating has gone down, because of it. My property rating stays at a 1 star because of this bug
Same issue, new on legacy save. Doesn't matter what I do, if I send a contractor or go myslef, always fails.

I think it's a bug but just wanted to check...
So my Sim bought a lot, built a unit, got a tenant... whenever the tenant complains, I shoot straight over with my Sim, BUT twice now it said within a few moments of arriving "nothing was done and so ratings went down" like ?!
My Sim isn't entirely concerned about any potential money loss, but like the second time was a ghost... I went to talk to it when it finally spawned, she started to yell at it and POOF
"nothing was done" even though the time bar had literally JUST started?!
Guess what guys, people keep buying the pack even tho its been broken for a year lmao. It's not even funny at this point, I will personally start looking into this since EA is not doing anything. I might be back in a few weeks or maybe not

i've just started using the expert maintenance person, but my Sim isn't too concerned about money... even though somehow the tenancy income has dropped to 88... And i had to replace the oven twice at 750 a time... and the pop up info on the right just got stuck again... oof so many annoying things about this pack... it's just not lucrative for Sims. At all
I'm having this same issue. All my quests (bugs or water leak) says I didn't complete it even though I personally took care of the issue. The clock doesn't even fully run out of time before I'm done. It just stops.

I don't work for EA. I'm just doing initial reviewing. Once a bug hits review, It's on Maxis plate and I'm not involved in the process.
