[FR] Residential house acting as rental (Showing residential on map)

NOTE: Console Player - Xbox Series X

I bulldozed the Sungai Point (For Rent/Tomorang/Residential Rental lot type) structure and changed the lot type to residential so that another sim could purchase and move to the lot. There were no tenants in the building; both the game delivered household/landlord and the related woman living downstairs have been long dead. After doing so, the lot displayed as empty from Manage Worlds and I was able to successfully purchase it as a new household. However, after moving my sims in and tossing their things on the lot, I returned to find a completely empty lot the next time I loaded into the game. My household was still on site, but failed to display until I returned to build/buy and altered the lot from Residential Rental to Residential. When I did so, the structure suddenly re-appeared but none of the things I threw on the walls/floor existed anymore, their household inventory was also empty. I was able to roll back the save to before they moved and am avoiding the Sungai Point lot for the time being. I found several threads from two years ago, about similar issues, and all of the linked threads lead to now-dead pages. I believe there is an issue with re-categorizing residential rentals.

Can you duplicate the same happening if you try again (make sure you keep backups)

I will let you know if it is duplicatable and take grabs this time around in case it is

I was able to duplicate the issue! Here is the residential labeled lot, as I was able to purchase it from the moving menu. (they were coming from the plumbob marked lot above)

Upon arrival, I slapped down this residential gallery lot

Immediately, build mode is assuming this is a rental lot again 

I swapped it back to residential...

Slapped a bunch of the household's objects on the floor and left these objects in inventory to test if they would persist... 

Then returned to live mode and saved the game 

Upon returning, the manage worlds menu looks correct. My couple lives there and the lot is labeled residential 

But, when I click play, the house is gone 

All of the placed objects disappeared as well, but the items I left in the inventory still existed. It did not empty as I stated in my original post. The lot was still labeled residential.

Hopefully this is somewhat helpful. Happy to try anything differently but I want to note that households have moved just fine, all throughout this save. It really is just this Sungai Point lot that seems to be a problem. Also within this save, I have successfully changed former rentals into other lot types without experiencing issues. In photo 1 you can see there is a restaurant where the other rental was, it functions just fine.
