In the phone menu when using the call for services theres the regular charged repair service and a no cost version under it. Removed all my mods, I dont have Vampires pack or for rent and I havent bought the free services reward trait in this save file (or ever) theres no reason for that option to be there.

its still there I did everything. Im just ignoring it

It has something to do with not owning all the packs cause my friend that has them all didnt have the problem but once she disabled them the bug appeared for her
