Gallery: 'Content not installed' warning with all content owned

The same thing is happening to me in a new, mod-free save with a Sim for which I always keep a CC-free backup. And her cat keeps losing two of his traits randomly during gameplay.

This started happening to me after the March 17th update. I see that I have all packs installed (and these are sims that I made). I can access items from all packs, but it's stating that I don't have content installed. This is happening to me in CAS. I check my sims and they have all their clothes/accessories, so it seems like a bug similar if not the same to the message when placing lots.

As I said, this started happening after the recent update and while I haven't had a chance to see if it's doing this with lots, it is happening when trying to place a household in CAS. I still have access to all packs, but it's giving contradictory messages. I play on PC, no mods/cc and through EA App.

I am missing a few things after all:

• Duck Security© SCR009E Super XL Smart Vault [GF]
• Workout equipment: ZenXercise Treadmill, ZenXercise Weight Machine, Fisticuffs Punching Bag [BG] - Locked career rewards (though I thought they would be placed with my house anyway, since I had them on my lot)
• Bathroom: Designer's Deluge Shower [GF], Sweet Escapes Country Toilet, RAW Industrial Sink [BG], Vacuum Safe Mirror [BG] (Not sure about the English name), Kitchen countertop from the early 2000s [PPSP] (Not sure about the English name). The countertop is only missing in my sims’ basement bathroom and not the kitchen.
• Decorative plant [BG] (Don’t know the English name)
• Pumpkin Carving Station [SSP]

I found everything in Build & Buy though, and I had an earlier save and could save the rooms with the missing items to my library, and put them back into my sims’ house.

I did end up ignoring the message and placed the lot anyway, and nothing seems to be missing. So I don’t understand why I get the message.

I don't think I've ever seen this message before. Did you you ? It does say I own all the packs it lists.

Is this the only  lot doing this for you ? Very strange

Update: The issue seems to be this specific lot.

I think it might be the Friends Forever event causing this? Build-mode as a whole is messy after the event started: I didn’t have any issues before the event.
