[GALLERY] Endless loading/RedX on some upload

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• If you are playing on PC, what security software are you using ?

• I do use mods and cc, but, as I said, I’ve already tested it by starting a brand new game without it, and the problem still persists.
• I play on PC.
• I use Avast, and my EA App and Sims 4 are already on the list of allowed apps.

they all load fine for but maybe it's related tot he timeout error.  Is it always the same ones that don't load or random ?

Have you done all the suggestions in the gallery connections thread to see if it's something about the connection itself:

I assume you already posted in the correct thread for the timeout issue.

It's random, whenever I search for lots, Sims, tattoos... Everything. And yes, I already have done the suggestions in the thread :(

So, I have some updates.

Earlier this week, I tried this troubleshooting method again. Before, it hadn’t worked at all. This time, with a clean save file—no mods or CCs—the gallery worked reasonably well. I then tried the 50/50 method and found that my gallery works better without the Color Sliders mod.

Well, my gallery isn’t perfect yet: I still get a few red Xs and “corrupted item” warnings from time to time, but now, even if it takes some patience, I’m at least able to use the gallery for now.

So, I'm on PC. After the newest update on May 21st, my gallery has been broken, and I want to know if this is a problem for anyone else. Whenever I bring up the gallery, nothing will load, no builds, no households, not lots, nothing. It'll just have a loading icon, and then eventually it'll have a red X across it. And then if I click on any gallery lot or household or anything, it won't load and after a minute, it'll come up with a pop-up, saying "Item is corrupted. Would you like to remove it?"

I took out all of my mods, deleted my cache, and opened up my game again, and it still did the same thing. I repaired my game in the EA app, still not working. I even renamed my Sims 4 folder so it could create an entirely new folder, and it STILL doesn't work, and I'm just at a loss. It has to be on EA's end, right? But I just haven't seen many other people having this same problem. It's just so beyond frustrating.

My own personal gallery library works, but the online gallery just does not work. Please let me know if anyone else is having this problem, and if you've fixed it. Thank you!
