Gallery g & no interactions with nectar bottles!

I play on a PlayStation5 with no mods. For some reason every single time I open the gallery and select a home lot I am unable to scroll through the pictures of the property. The whole screen becomes locked and unable to place the home or back out of the window.  I can’t even enter the start menu to save or attempt to exit back to the main menu. This forces me to exit and force the game closed losing any and all progress. Also the bottles of wine aren’t pouring still. I wasted all this time to age them for a romantic or special occasions and now that they are aged, sims are able to pour, toast, or drink from AT ALL.
