Gallery Image glitch

I've tried downloading a empty shell of the goth's house off the gallery, and when I placed it down and exited the build/buy a large left over image strip was left over on the world (Willowcreek)

I bulldozed the lot and that fixed it!

Do you remember the creator/name of the lot of that ?

What happens if you bulldoze it and try again ?

Probably something weird that came with the specific lot. Does it come back if you place that building again ?
