I also have the same issue. Tried with mods and without and makes no difference. Only play one household. Tried in other saves and it eventually happens for all of them. For a while it won't do it but then at a random point ill leave CAS and everyone's milestones are reset. It seems to oddly trigger around a birthday as the two of the times it has wiped out just after someone in the household has aged up.
