Just discovered this issue myself. Hadn't played the scientist career in a while so tried it again. The plants were able to be harvested first day of work, but since then nothing. And they are now perfect quality and full grown. Trying to graft to them also produces a glitch/T-pose and generated a Last Exception I'm pretty sure (hard to read those files!). It's been a couple Sim weeks now and still no harvestables. 😞
I have all the packs and no mods or CC, and this is a new save I recently started.
