[IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

Thanks for posting the link above. Until the OP started this post, I didn't realize it WAS happening in my game. Last night in play, I directed a sim to fish and I expected him to go to the spot I had picked and fish. But he instead, went to that spot then went to the nearest boat, and swam to it and began fishing. Now, he had been in the water near that boat swimming when I directed him to go fishing, so it didn't occur to me that he did it. But after reading the post, I realized he had followed my directions after all, but found his own way to do it. Kinda cool he figured it out on his own, but I now realize he never went fishing where I had told him to originally.
