Infants not falling asleep in crib (try go night night)

PC, mods, none that affect infant care or toddler care, tested without, same issue - infant will not sleep in crib until energy failure forces them to sleep.  If you instruct the child to "try to fall asleep" it will often then start to autonomously sleep when placed in crib using "put ___ to bed" prompt.  Energy rebuilds normally at daycare.  They will autonomously sleep on the play mat.  Infants are also still sleepy too often/much with green energy bars and parents are still placing them on the ground with a clear path to the crib and play mat available.

In addition, actions are still canceling.  I had to instruct a parent standing beside their infant to "bounce" repeatedly - the action stayed in the parent queue as they walked away to watch TV, I instructed them again and they walked to the infant, fed it autonomously, placed it on the play mat and walked away again, still with "bounce" in queue.  Another prompt finally resulted in the desired action.

I am not seeing any improvement in the interactions or functions of infants in the game.   I will be going back to skipping over that life cycle.  This update simply injected more advertising, and broke CAS too.
