This happened in my clean sims 4 folder unmodded save too. I thought this was modded but I wanted to check during the testing before going back to modded and it also happened while I was messing around with the playground in another clean folder. This applies to infant. When your playing. You might notice random infants wondering around the world as a walk by on their own without a adult around. They behave as a normal walk by like child and up. They sometimes talk to someone and so on. They don't check phones though. The big problem is their needs. They can starve and get taken away if not attended too which is a big problem for rotational players because when they get to their household the infant won't be there anymore due to being taken away. Here are pics from last tests in the past on what it could look like. This is Daisy Moon who is a Alien in disguise and Chase Zhang who is talking to someone appearing as walk by. I'm surprised no one reported this so I will report it myself. This is not the same as the other bug with Toddlers and infants appear outside the house. This is different.
Patch number 1.118.242.1030, also occurs on all pre 1.117 patches for both pc and console.
No mods used in the test. This was a clean unmodded sims 4 folder for patch 1.118 test.
