EDIT to add another screenshot. Not sure I'll be going to work with my sim while there are infants in the house ever again. Both infants were in generally the same condition.

I know I've left another comment here, but it's still happening. Thought it had been fixed since the 2nd child didn't get shunted outside the house once he hit toddler. Now there are twins in the house, and this was the first outing and sending them to daycare. Returned to this. (see img)
