Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in

Infants leave the lot when an a child, teen or adult leaves the lot, even if there is a nanny, adult, or teen that remains in the household. This occurs whether there are multiple infants or just one infant. When there are multiple infants on the lot, at least one infant will be found away from the lot.

Mine don't spawn outside, but they spawn outside of their crib every time I load into the lot or into the game.

Lately the infants has started to get teleported to random locations when caregivers return from job or other activities away from the home. This has been a bug before, and it have been a long while since I experienced it, but then both yesterday and today I had it happen in two different save. In one save the baby was high in the sky, in the save today the baby was a bit away from the home and teleported at the second my caregiver was tasked to feed.

Second runaway baby (happened just as I am writing this), got teleported away from the home as soon as my caregiver returned home and was tasked to feed.

This is so frustrating and happens pretty much every time I return to the house. Please fix this bug. I'm sick of having to use the "Teleport here" cheat to keep my infant from freezing to death in a snowbank somewhere across town. 

Every time I leave my lot and come back home my infant is always on the other side of the map. It's every single time and only with infants. I don't know why this is happening but it's a huge hassle since it's always as far as the infant can physically go in the map.

The issue started after the latest patch; since then, toddlers appear outside when my sims return from traveling, sometimes with older sims, sometimes alone. Once everything loads and my sims can move, the toddlers vanish.

This bug also occurs in my game.

Still an issue in my game on every reload with families who have an infant.
